The Walter E. Boehm Birth Defects Centers currently serves over 880 patients across the Southeast. Our patients have a primary diagnosis of a congenital birth defect of the brain and spinal cord, such as spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus. Our clients range in age from premature infants to adults in their early 50s and come from all socio-economic backgrounds.
